Booking & event registration.
For the use of current clients.

Looking to schedule? This page offers a convenient place for current clients (as defined below) to book private sessions and register for group events. If you’d like to work together or resume our work together, then please reach out via the Inquire page. There is a formal process for entering my private practice before accessing the scheduling page. After submitting your inquiry, I will respond letting you know how to proceed.

  • You’re considered a current client if we have mutually agreed to work together and all account information is up to date (e.g., consent forms, method of payment, scheduling access). There are three types of clients: 1) Long-Term clients have a reserved standing time slot every week or two; 2) Quarterly clients have requested 3-6 sessions for this quarter only; and 3) Periodic clients self-schedule appointments as they become available, e.g., cancellations. 

  • The appointment calendar is scheduled quarterly. First, I schedule all long-term clients (standing time slots) followed by any quarterly clients (requesting 3-10 sessions for that quarter). After those appointments are booked, the calendar is posted online. At that point, all current clients have access to self-scheduling (including those on the waitlist). 

  • The appointment calendar is posted quarterly on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Openings become visible on the calendar within minutes of receiving a cancellation. If there’s a time slot available — even on the same day — you will be able to book it.

Booking a phone session?

  • If you are a scholar, click this button and enter your coupon code. Otherwise, ignore it.

  • Select the ‘Book’ button for Individual Session. // If you want to change the calendar’s time zone, then click the current (underlined) time zone and select your preference. // Select the date and time of your appointment.

  • Enter your name, phone number, and email address. // If you have a coupon code, then click the ‘Redeem Coupon’ button, check your code, and click ‘Apply.’ // Click ‘Reserve without Paying.’

  • A secure payment portal will appear. Enter your credit card. (It will be charged after your appointment.) // Click ‘Reserve.’

  • A confirmation page will appear. The appointment is booked! // Check your inbox for a confirmation email (it has the link to reschedule this appointment). // Alternatively, consider creating a Client Account. (It allows you to view/modify all of your appointments in one place.) Click the ‘Register for an Account’ button.

Registering for a group event?

  • The ‘Redeem Coupon’ button applies to anyone re-enrolling in the Annual Course (75%OFF) and to Scholars ($100 - $300 off). Otherwise, ignore this button.

  • Select the ‘Book’ button for your event and review its details. // Select your time zone using the drop-down list and click the ‘Set Time Zone’ button. // The event dates (adjusted to your time zone) will pop up. // Click ‘Continue.’

  • Enter your name, phone number, and email address. // If you have a coupon code, then click the ‘Redeem Coupon’ button, check your code, and click ‘Apply.’ // Click ‘Pay Now.’

  • A secure payment portal will appear. Enter your credit card information. // Click ‘Pay & Confirm.’

  • A confirmation page will appear. You’ve successfully registered! // Check your inbox for a confirmation email (it has the link to our event resource page — listing everything you need to know prior to our first meeting).
