Individual psychotherapy.
Professional consultation for therapists.
Specializing in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I agree with Marion Woodman that the therapeutic agent of change is psychological contact—a  genuine sense of connectedness between the therapist and client. Or, as she put it, “…for one hour a week, you sit and hope that for a flash of a moment you will experience connectedness.” Many of my clients are therapists; Some prefer professional consultation whereas others prefer psychotherapy. In either case, our process is typically fluid, interweaving between ACT consultation and transpersonal psychotherapy at any given moment.

Karen Horney on Therapeutic Goals:

“The most comprehensive formulation of therapeutic goals is the striving for wholeheartedness: to be without pretense, to be emotionally sincere, to be able to put the whole of oneself into one’s feelings, one’s work, one’s beliefs.”
