New Client

If you’re new to sessions, here’s what you need to know…

  • You can visit scheduling resources...

  • You aren't guaranteed appointments at first ( not long-term right away)

  • For all phone appointments – you will initiate the call. Kelly’s number will be provided to you after completing the forms below. This is also the phone number to text for last-minute cancellations.

Payment & Statements

  • Payments are made through Acuity – the HIPAA-compliant online scheduling software you’re already familiar with. Kelly will charge you immediately after session

    If you would like to update your credit card, please tell Kelly and include the last four digits of your new card in your email. She will send you a private link to add and verify your new credit card. Once complete, remove your old card.

Good Faith Estimate

  • A Good Faith Estimate, or GFE, calculates the cost that is most likely for new or current clients. It is based on each client's expressed meeting preferences and availability. Additional sessions, which can be self-booked on the public calendar, are not included in the Good Faith Estimate. Likewise, session modifications (i.e. cancel, reschedule) can be completed independently. These actions (i.e. booking sessions, 72-hour Cancellation Policy) will influence your total cost and are not included in your estimate.

    You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate at any time. More information is available here.

  • To request a Good Faith Estimate, please email office@kellyminor.com. Kelly will send you a GFE tailored to your preferred session frequency.

  • 60-minute Individual Psychotherapy and Professional Consultation are both $260. A fee reduction is available for qualifying clients (below).

  • A $50 fee reduction is available to qualifying school teachers, mental health workers (e.g., social workers, psychiatric aides and technicians), and mental health trainees (e.g., clinical interns, medical residents, postdoctoral fellows) if they would not otherwise be able to afford private sessions. If this applies to you, then please let me know.
