Private Retreat Menu
Upon registration, you’ll be asked to select your favorites.
During retreat, you’re invited to dine on the back porch three times daily. (Alternatively, picnic baskets can be delivered to your door.) Foods are kept simple — and made entirely from scratch. Nothing is processed. Menu options are based on what comes from our garden — either currently or from an earlier harvest (e.g., canned, frozen). If you prefer a a Three-Day Cleanse, then we’ll follow Kris Carr’s plan (outlined in her book,“Crazy Sexy Juice”); You’ll select your favorite juice and smoothie recipes ahead of time.
