Our online meeting starts at 10 a.m. PT with a guided meditation followed by 60 minutes of Sacred Share. We take a 1-hour lunch break from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. PT. In the afternoon, our time together is extemporaneous and based upon whatever arises within the group (e.g., brief teaching, question & answer, dyads, small group discussion). We end at 2 p.m. PT.

Circle is not recorded. If you miss a meeting, then you will not be able to view reordings after the fact.

Upcoming Retreat
Weekend retreats are optional and take place twice per year (in April and October). They’re scheduled to conclude on the second Sunday per month. Our Spring 2026 retreat is scheduled for April 9-12.
April 9 - 12, 2026 (Thursday - Sunday)
Arrivals take place between 2 - 4 p.m. on Thursday
Welcome snack is at 4 p.m. and dinner is served at 6 p.m.
There is no teaching period on Thursday — to accommodate delayed flights.
Departures take place between 12:30 - 2 p.m. on Sunday
Lunch is served at 12:30 p.m.
Catching an eastbound flight? Feel free to depart at/after 10 a.m.
Fee: $2,200 (Scholarships available)
Calendar Basics
The process, format, and structure of the circle:
Meetings occur on the second Sundays.
Online meetings take place on the second Sunday of the month (10a - 2p PT).
Weekend retreats are optional. They end on the second Sunday of the month in April and October (e.g., April 9-12, 2026).
We skip the month of May (i.e. Mother’s Day).
Participation in the circle is intended to be ongoing, however, enrollment is periodic.
There are separate registrations for online meetings (Nov - Mar, Jun - Sep) and for retreats (Apr, Oct).
